My Japanese student believed when I told him that in Moscow there is the button, which switches on the central heat. And this is only the President, who can press it! We hadn’t had a heat turned on, just because Mr. Medvedev thought that it wasn’t cold enough:-))

So, isn’t it a button controls all electricity in Beijing?
